San Diego Beach Engagement Session // Iris & Chris

This San Diego beach engagement session was amazing. Usually I will do whatever it takes to have the engagement session during golden hour. But, there was a chance of rain in the afternoon so we decided to head to the beach around noon. Most photographers will tell you that the light is too harsh at noon, and it can be. But having the sun at full power really gave these photos a look that I have fallen in love with. Of course, having a stunning couple really does help make my job easy.

Having an engagement session is always a great way to learn how your photographer directs you and can be great practice for your wedding day. Temecula Engagement Photo Session // Lily & Charlie

This was a super fun engagement photography session and it was in Temecula! Now that we have been living in Temecula for the past year, getting to do an engagement session here means a lot to me and I really love being able to show off how beautiful the area is.

Lily & Charlie have their wedding planned for 2022 at Villa de Amore
Villa de Amore happens to be the first venue that we ever worked at in Temecula and it has a special place in my heart. The venue has a great layout for weddings because there are multiple areas that can be used for the ceremony, reception and cocktail hour.
You might notice that Lily & Charlie brought their dog with them, his name is Indy, he is super cute and he did an amazing job in front of the camera. We know how important it is to include your dog on your engagement session and I’m really glad that we were able to get some photos of the three of them together.
Besides having their dog being a part of the photos, I really love how the light was during their session. Since it was the begining of fall, the sun sets earlier and you don’t get as long of a time with the golden light, but I think we got some of the best photos towards the end. You can really see that they are in love and so excited for their upcoming wedding.

Orange County Engagement Session // Jenny & Remi

Jenny & Remi’s engagement session took place during early Spring and the rolling grass hills of Thomas F. Riley Park in Orange County provided a stunning backdrop.

There is something that is quite dreamy about taking a walk with your fiancé while the sun sets behind the hills of a grassy meadow.

They will celebrate their wedding in San Diego at the Paradise Resort and Spa The talented team from Lavish Weddings lead by Christine One Forsythe will work to make everything beautiful and the florals will be provided by Tess Fresh Flowers
